Subsequently, analyses of Kaplan-Meier (KM) plotter database showed that high-expressed ADAMTS9-AS2 was correlated with good prognosis in KIRC, lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), pheochromocytoma and paraganglioma (PCPG), sarcoma (SARC), thyroid carcinoma (THCA) and lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) (Supplementary Figure 2C). Here, ADAMTS9 is linked to pheochromocytoma.
