Regarding to the regulation of ccRCC cell chemoresistance by ADAMTS9-AS2, we found that the increased sensitivity of ccRCC cells to both 5-Fu and Cisplatin treatment induced by ADAMTS9-AS2 overexpression was completely abolished by the simultaneous overexpression of miR-27a-3p (Figure 7D, P<0.05). The gene discussed is ADAMTS9; the disease is nonpapillary renal cell carcinoma.
