DNAJB4 and melanoma: Strikingly, our results showed that a number of heat shock proteins, particularly HSPA1 and DNAJB4, which belong to the HSP70 and HSP40 subfamilies, respectively, displayed markedly elevated expression in M14 melanoma cells upon treatment with the three HSP90 inhibitors (Fig. 1a, b, Supplementary Fig. 2, Supplementary Data 1).
