ALB and Hypoglycemia: For 6-month mortality, age (HR 1.057, 95% confidence interval 1.031–1.083, p < 0.001), male sex (HR 2.206, 95% confidence interval 1.391–3.498, p = 0.001) and hypoglycemia occurrence (HR 1.984, 95% confidence interval 1.226–3.210, p = 0.005) were associated with an increased 6-month mortality, while the percentage of ONS completed from inclusion (HR 0.503, 95% confidence interval 0.276–0.915, p = 0.024) and baseline albumin level (HR 0.342, 95% confidence interval 0.178–0.659, p = 0.001) were associated with a reduced 6-month mortality.
