GLP1R and neoplasm: The subanalysis of only these 5 trials showed that, compared with placebo or other antidiabetic treatments, GLP-1 receptor agonist use was not associated with an increased incidence of neoplasia (OR 1.03, 95% CI 0.92–1.15; p = 0.60), and no statistically significant between-study heterogeneity was observed (I2 = 15%, p = 0.32; Figure 6).
