EZH2 and endometrial cancer: In endometrial cancer cells, we identified that EZH2 was a key upstream suppressor of miR-361, and showed that EZH2 blockade using GSK343, a specific EZH2 inhibitor that showed effective anti-cancer effects and minimal toxicity against normal cells, led to the reactivation of miR-361 and the suppression of endometrial cancer progression [10].
