Knocking down RAC2, PAK4, or BCL2L1 with siRNAs reproduced the antiproliferative, mitosis‐obstructive, antimigratory and proapoptotic effects of miR‐608 in PCa cells, which could be attenuated by downregulating miR‐608. The gene discussed is BCL2L1; the disease is posterior cortical atrophy.
