According to the western blot results, knocking down RAC2 with siRNA pool in PCa cells only reduced the expression of phosphorylated PAK4, but not unphosphorylated PAK4 (Figure 6E), which suggested that the downregulation of PAK4 by miR‐608 was not attributed to its downregulation of RAC2. Here, RAC2 is linked to posterior cortical atrophy.
