CD8A and cervical squamous intraepithelial neoplasia: Unadjusted analyses of the combined trials demonstrated that CD8+ cell density was significantly associated with stage II versus III disease, tumour right-sidedness, MMR-D or POLE mutation, lack of chromosomal instability (CIN), BRAF mutation and absence of disease recurrence and death, but not age, sex, pT stage or KRAS mutation (Table S6).
