Furthermore, Fig. 1B shows that the percentage of cells that express specific pancreatic CSCs markers CD 44, CD 326 and CxCR4 significantly decreased after PRP treatment from 75.1% to 9.5%; from 51.2% to 5.5% and from 63.1% to 42.4% respectively, which signifies that PRP treatment reduces CSCs population in pancreatic cancer cells. This evidence concerns the gene CXCR4 and pancreatic neoplasm.
