In summary, our study demonstrated the applicability of dissolving-microneedle-patch loaded antigens for vaccination purposes by using OVA as a model antigen for the induction of an immune response, as well as the inhibition of tumor growth and prevention of tumor formation in the context of the therapeutic and prophylactic vaccines, respectively, through the effectively increased OVA-specific CD4+/CD8+ T cell response and induced OVA-specific CTL response against the graft of OVA-expressing EG7 tumor cells in the immunized mice. This evidence concerns the gene CD8A and neoplasm.
