As shown in Figure 6 and Figure 7, the phosphorylation levels of MK2, IκBα and p65 were significantly up-regulated in the colon of DSS-induced colitis model mice (p < 0.01 for pMK2/tMK2, p < 0.01 for both IκBα and p65), while MMI-0100 treatment remarkably decreased the level of p-MK2, p-IκBα and p-p65 (p < 0.001 for pMK2/tMK2, p < 0.05 for IκBα and p < 0.01 for p65).
