In this cohort, the frequency of the KIR AA genotype is significantly higher among healthy individuals (55.3%) than adult leukemia patients (47.1%: OR = 0.72, 95% CI = 0.59–0.88, p = 0.0012) or pediatric leukemia patients (44.9%: OR = 0.6, 95% CI = 0.48–0.89, p = 0.006) (Figure 2A).
