Taken together, the DR3 agonist-mediated upregulation of a number of genes involved in proliferation, trafficking, activation, and effector function of Treg in our RNA-seq data, combined with our flow cytometry data revealing similar effects at the protein level, and our previously reported results, prompted us to investigate the use of DR3 agonists in suppression of GVHD. The gene discussed is TNFRSF25; the disease is graft versus host disease.
