At 24 h post-transfection, cells were infected with V virus at an MOI of 1 or mock infected and fixed after 12 h post-infection (hpi), then stained Myc-tagged eIF4A3 (green) and PB2 (red) using the anti-Myc mouse antibodies and anti-PB2 rabbit antibodies, followed by immunostaining with the secondary antibodies.
