Figure 8 depicts the Kaplan–Meier curve of the overall survival (OS) of patients with gliomas. As shown, higher CD155 expression predicted worse overall survival for glioma in Rembrandt dataset (Figure 8A). Similarly, a strong association was observed between higher expression of CD155 and shorter patient OS for glioma and GBM patients in TCGA dataset (Figure 8B). The follow-up data from 56 glioma samples also suggested that higher CD155 expression was correlated with a worse overall survival (Figure 8C). Highly consistent results were found in GBM samples (Figure 8D–8F). The gene discussed is PVR; the disease is glioma.
