The results showed that ezrin overexpression could predict poor OS in both osteosarcoma (HR 3.15, 95% CI: 2.39–4.14, P < 0.01, PFDR < 0.01) and nonosteosarcoma (HR 2.38, 95% CI: 1.24–4.58, P = 0.01, PFDR = 0.01). This evidence concerns the gene EZR and osteosarcoma.
