The TGF‐β1 rs1800470 heterozygous genotype was associated with AML development risk and IFN‐γ rs2430561 heterozygous genotype was a protective factor for AML (OR = .63, 95% CI: 0.42‐0.94, P = .024), while the other studied SNPs were not associated with AML risk.
