After adjusting for age, BMI, family history of hip fracture, physical activity, and glucocorticoid use, the serum level of sFRP‐1 was positively correlated with lumbar spine BMD (β = 0.040, p < 0.001) and hip BMD (β = 0.011, p = 0.001; Supplementary Table S2). This evidence concerns the gene SFRP1 and hip fracture.
