CD8A and neoplasm: Although there were no differences between anti-DKK2-treated and isotype-treated samples in terms of the percentages of infiltrating TILs, CD8a+ T, and NK+ cells (Fig. 6d, e), we observed increased numbers of GZMB+NK+ cells in anti-DKK2-treated tumor samples compared with that in IgG-treated samples (Fig. 6f).
