Figure 3 highlights drugs targeting KIT in the pathway “SCF-KIT signaling” (https://reactome.org/content/detail/R-HSA-1433557), which are retrieved by using the “Fetch Cancer Drugs” feature in ReactomeFIViz to visualize drug-target interactions collected in the Cancer Targetome. As displayed inFigure 3, KIT is targeted by ten different drugs, which are all kinase inhibitors: erlotinib, imatinib, bosutinib, sunitinib, pazopanib, dasatinib, sorafenib, axitinib, vandetanib, and nilotinib24,29, and supported by assay values less than 100 nM.
