XPO1 and hepatocellular carcinoma: As shown in Figure 1 and Table 1, compared with normal liver tissues, XPO1 mRNA levels exhibited a 1.642-fold (Roessler liver dataset [24], P=2.27e-09), 1.683-fold (Roessler liver 2 dataset [24], P=9.79e-54) and 1.782-fold (Wurmbach liver dataset [25], P=2.65e-07) increase in HCC cancer tissues.
