CSE1L (also named as XPO2) was also found to be 2.209-fold (Roessler liver dataset [24], P=2.02e-08), 2.218-fold (Roessler liver 2 dataset [24], P=2.77e-75) and 1.914-fold (Wurmbach liver dataset [25], P=2.16e-05) increased in HCC cancer tissues. This evidence concerns the gene CSE1L and cancer.
