Using bioinformatics analysis, we found that HOXA10 was markedly upregulated in GC tissues and ranked fourth of the top 25 overexpressed genes in the stomach adenocarcinoma dataset reanalyzed from the database GEPIA19 and UALCAN20 (http://gepia.cancer-pku.cn/detail.php?gene=HOXA10 and http://ualcan.path.uab.edu/cgi-bin/TCGAExHeatMap2.pl?size=25&cancer=STAD) (Figure 1C,D). Here, HOXA10 is linked to cancer.
