Multivariate analyses confirmed that pY1253-PLCγ1High was a significant independent prognostic factor for postmenopausal Luminal-B cancers (HR, 2.4: 95% CI, 1.1–5.3; P = 0.034), while over-expression of PLCγ1-pY783 represented a significant and strong risk factor for pre/perimenopausal patients with Luminal-A tumours (HR, 20.1: 95% CI, 2.2–178.4; P = 0.003) (Table 2, Additional file 1: Table S3). This evidence concerns the gene PLCG1 and neoplasm.
