Interestingly, CXCL10 levels exceeded the threshold (317 pg/mL) in 82% (9/11) of patients with NB and in 66% (18/27) of patients with encephalitis (ADEM, NMDARE, RE, or ENC) but only in 24% (5/17) of patients with MS and in 4% (1/25) of patients with CIS. This evidence concerns the gene CXCL10 and acute disseminated encephalomyelitis.
