Kaplan-Meier analysis illustrated that higher expressed HNRNPL was correlated with shorter OS of PC patients (23.17 vs. 16.60 months; P = 0.003, Figure 1(g)), while the level of HNRNPA2B1 did not affect PC patients' survival (23.13 vs. 17.27 months; P = 0.42, Figure 1(f)). This evidence concerns the gene HNRNPA2B1 and pachyonychia congenita.
