To directly test this hypothesis in vivo and therefore investigate the potential of neutralising Nrp-1 via immunotherapeutic approaches, C57BL/6 mice were engrafted with B16F10 melanoma and treated at days 6, 8, 10, 12 and 14 with anti-Nrp-1, anti-PD-1, a combination of both, or an isotype control mAb. This evidence concerns the gene NRP1 and melanoma.
