In order to confirm whether HSPA5 or HSPD1 would be the direct target gene of miR‐30c‐5p, luciferase activity assay was performed with ccRCC cells, which were transfected with luciferase constructs containing WT‐3′‐UTR and Mut‐3′‐UTR of HSPA5 (Figure 5A). This evidence concerns the gene HSPD1 and nonpapillary renal cell carcinoma.
