PHACTR1 and coronary artery disorder: Among our results (Supplementary Data 2–5) we found MRAS and PHACTR1, associated with coronary artery disease (CAD), showing significant association in arterial tissues, which contribute most to the genetic causality of this trait59 (MRAS: PTWMR = 2.04 × 10−7 in tibial artery and PTWMR = 1.22 × 10−6 in aorta, PHACTR1: PTWMR = 4.80 × 10−9 in tibial artery) (Fig. 5).
