Furthermore, a higher aliphatic index, net negative charge and GRAVY as shown in the physicochemical properties of CD14 protein in mouse and rat gives an indication of high concentration of alanine, valine, isoleucine and leucine, reported to influence transcription factors, providing higher tolerance against bacterial, and viral infections (Korber, 2000; Panaro et al., 2008; Ivanov et al., 2015). Here, CD14 is linked to viral infectious disease.
