As shown in Table 3 and Figure 4, the blood glucose concentrations 0, 15, 30, and 60 min after injection of glucose were all increased in the NAFLD model group (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01), as were the plasma insulin and nesfatin-1 levels (P < 0.01), while the plasma leptin levels were decreased (P < 0.01).
