EHMT2 and cancer: Although different functions have been reported for G9a during development, stem cell differentiation and cancers (Casciello et al., 2015[4]; Pappano et al., 2015[14]; Wang et al., 2013[17]), but it isn't understood the effects of in vivo G9a inhibition, as a potential strategy for cancer treatment, on proliferation properties and differentiation potential of bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (BM-MSCs) in vitro and in vivo.
