HLA-B and myeloid leukemia: No significant differences were observed, except for the more frequent presence of homozygous HLA-BBw4 (two HLA-B alleles with Bw4 epitope) in myeloid leukemia patients compared to healthy controls (30.0% vs. 12.5%, p=0.042, OR 3.15 [95% CI: 1.08-9.16]).
