A significant increase in plasma IgG levels was found in patients with schizophrenia, including anti‐TSNARE1 IgG (Z = −4.332, P < 0.001) and anti‐CD25 IgG (Z = −3.756, P < 0.001); male patients mainly contributed to the increased levels of plasma anti‐TSNARE1 IgG (Z = −4.663, P < 0.001) and anti‐CD25 IgG (Z = −4.347, P < 0.001), whereas female patients failed to show any significant change in plasma IgG levels. The gene discussed is TSNARE1; the disease is schizophrenia.
