Cluster of differentiation (CD) 30, known as a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily, is highly expressed on malignant cells in organs affected by Hodgikin lymphoma (HL) or anaplastic large cell lypmphoma (ALCL).[5] Recently, CD30 has been thought to be implicated in an prognostic marker of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL).[6,7]. The gene discussed is TNFRSF8; the disease is diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
