Overall, qRT-PCR (Figures 4A,B; all P < 0.05), wound healing (Figures 4C,D; all P < 0.05), and transwell assays (Migration: Figures 4E,F, invasion: Figures 4G,H; all P < 0.05) demonstrated that silencing CADM1 expression could partly rescue the inhibitory effects on cell migration and invasion induced by LNMAT1 depletion in MM cells. This evidence concerns the gene DUXAP9 and Miyoshi myopathy.
