Whereas, in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma a decrease, rather than increase in H3K4 methylation, seems pathogenic (30), KDM5C-driven augmentation of H3K4 methylation may contribute to the pathogenesis of acute B-cell leukemia (31); this is an observation similar to ours in MCL (Figure 4). This evidence concerns the gene KDM5C and mantle cell lymphoma.
