The result showed that the mRNA level of EZRIN was much higher in human osteosarcoma tissues than human paracancerous tissues (P<0.05), while the level of miR211 showed an opposite tendency in human osteosarcoma tissues and paracancerous tissues (Fig. 1a), suggesting that there might be a negative regulatory relationship between miR211 and EZRIN in the patients’ osteosarcoma tissues. This evidence concerns the gene EZR and osteosarcoma.
