We previously found that RND3 binds with the key NICD‐CSL‐MAML1 complex in Notch signalling, thereby restraining Notch signalling activity to inhibit the proliferation of GBM cells and growth of GBM.21 We also found that RND3 inhibits GBM cell invasion by inhibition of Snail1 signalling.22 In this study, we demonstrated that low expression of RND3 was one of the critical mechanisms contributing to abnormal NF‐κB signalling, which induced resistance against apoptosis in GBM cells.
