NF‐κB is a family of related multi‐subunit transcription factors, including p65 (RelA), RelB, c‐Rel, p50/p105 (NF‐κB1) and p52/p100 (NF‐κB2).3 In the recent study, the activity of the NF‐κB signalling pathway in tumours was likely to be activated by the p65/p50 dimer. The gene discussed is NFKB1; the disease is neoplasm.
