The percentages of CD134+CD4+ T-cells were significantly increased in SLE patients with LN as compared to SLE patients without LN and HC, respectively (25.7 ± 10.5% vs. 19.2 ± 9.9%; p = 0.046; 25.7 ± 10.5% vs. 13.7 ± 5.8%; p = 0.0007). This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and systemic lupus erythematosus.
