APOE and Mental deterioration: For other important covariates, high diet quality was associated with a lower risk of global cognitive decline (MoCA-T) in elders aged 65–74 (AOR = 0.42, 95% CI = 0.20–0.88, ptrend = 0.02) and APOE e4 non-carriers (AOR = 0.49, 95% CI = 0.27–0.91, ptrend = 0.02).
