USH1G and ovarian neoplasm: Homozygous mutants of ovarian tumor (otu) and sans fille (snf) have been shown to masculinize the female germline and cause germline tumors in ovaries, similar to Sxl-RNAi [37–40], while females heterozygous for mutant alleles of otu and snf are fully fertile and have normal ovary morphology.
