Tumor markers, such as carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), carbohydrate antigen 19‐9 (CA 19‐9), and carbohydrate antigen 72‐4 (CA 72‐4), which are simple and easy for screening tumors, have been widely used for the diagnosis of different types of cancers, including gastric cancer.20 However, these markers have low sensitivity, the sensitivity in patients with recurrences was 44% for CEA and 56% for CA 19‐9.21 In our study, we constructed ROC curves to evaluate the clinical diagnostic value of hsa_circ_0067582 and hsa_circ_0005758. The gene discussed is CEACAM5; the disease is gastric cancer.
