To further explore the possible associations between biological and clinical parameters with anti-apoA-I IgG levels in ACS, our linear regression analyses of anti-apoA-I IgG quartiles did not identify specific items markedly associated with anti-apoA-I IgG, and we did not reproduce the often reported association with previous MI history [11,20,21,22]. This evidence concerns the gene APOA1 and myocardial infarction.
