When compared to normal prostate tissues (N = 52), the CTBP2 expression level was significantly higher in prostate cancer tissues (N = 498) (p = 0.0185) (Figure 6a), while the NCOA4 expression was significantly lower in prostate cancer tissues (p = 0.0131) (Figure 6b).
