MEG3 and cervical carcinoma: To investigate the specific mechanism of action of MEG3 in cervical cancer, we evaluated the effect of MEG3 on in vivo tumor formation ability of cervical cancer cells through animal experiments and preliminarily clarified the mechanism of the interaction between MEG3 and phosphorylated signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (P-STAT3) protein by RNA pull-down, RNA-binding protein immunoprecipitation (RIP), cycloheximide (CHX)-chase, and ubiquitination assays.
