Among the 100 most significant fold changes, we found genes implicated in osteosarcoma oncogenesis (RTN1) [7], in more general mechanisms of chemotherapy resistance such as up-regulation of several genes implicated in transcription (ESF1, CCND1, NFE2L3, ETV1, NFIL3) and in the MAPK pathway (EFNA1, TPD52L1, EDIL3). Here, NFIL3 is linked to osteosarcoma.
