BRAF and neoplasm: In the overall population tested for BRAF mutations in both tumor tissue and plasma (n = 405), the kappa coefficient was 0.79 (95% CI: 0.67–0.91), the accuracy was 97.3% (95% CI: 95.2–98.6%), the sensitivity was 76.7% (95% CI: 57.7–90.1%), and the specificity was 98.9% (95% CI: 97.3–99.7%; Table 1).
