RB1 and Parkinson disease: Here, we used behaivoral tests to explore the effects of Rb1 on the movement disorder and cognitve imapirment of PD animal model, molecular docking simulation to reveal the interaction between Rb1 and GABA receptors, in vitro SH-SY5Y cell culture to indicate the effects of Rb1 on the GABA receptors expression, electrophysiology to record the effects of Rb1 on the synaptic GABA transmission in MPTP model, and GABA-chemical exchange saturation transfer (CEST) magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to reveal the effects of Rb1 on the prefrontal cortical GABA contents.
