FLNA and oropharynx cancer: A similar differential analysis in the HPV- cohort indicated a panel completely distinct from the HPV+ oropharyngeal cancers; FADD (Fas Associated via Death Domain, 41%), FKBP9 (FKBP Prolyl Isomerase 9, 24%), FLNA (Filamin A, 24%) and DNMT3B (DNA Methyl transferase 3 Beta, 18%) with high prevalence (Fig 7H–7L).
