They have been proved to be pivotal regulators in various biological processes.24, 25 Similarly, the role of miRNAs has been widely reported in glioma.26, 27, 28, 29 Mechanistically, miRNAs can interact with lncRNAs, thereby releasing the downstream targets.30, 31 In our present study, by applying bioinformatics analysis, we found 16 miRNAs potentially bind with HCG11, among which only miR‐496 was negatively regulated by HCG11 and was significantly upregulated in glioma tissues. Here, HCG11 is linked to central nervous system cancer.
