As shown by western blotting analysis, MFN1 protein levels were decreased by 54% (HG+siCLPP) and 77% (HF+siCLPP), MFN2 protein levels were decreased by 53% (HG+siCLPP) and 41% (HF+siCLPP), OPA1 protein levels were decreased by 37% (HG+siCLPP) and 32% (HF+siCLPP), and DRP1 protein levels were increased by 38% (HG+siCLPP) and 43% (HF+siCLPP) (p < 0.05) (Figs. 3D, 3E, 3F, 3G, 3H) (raw data is available as Dataset 7).
